A person, who never was a smoker, starts smoking as a fun in the company of friends or colleagues. Gradually it longer remains a fun but a compulsion. After some time, it is not a compulsion but a hardcore habit. Again, after sometime, it becomes a necessity to quit the habit. Majority of the smokers throughout the world face the challenge once in their lifetime how to quit the habit. Soon, it becomes a joke as you find yourself helpless and are unable to quit smoking. The fact of the matter is that once you get into this habit, your craving for nicotine is hard to be overcome. It is hard but not impossible.Have you ever thought of an easy way to stop smoking? Of course, there is. But, it might not have occurred to you. It is a general belief that either you stop smoking right now or never. The research, however, shows that 99% of the smokers can’t quit the habit that way and they continue with it. You can achieve guaranteed success through the easy way to quit smoking. I had been a smoker for 20 years and the time came when I needed to stop it as per my physician’s advice. One of my colleagues always greeted me with bad remarks about smoking when he first met me in the morning on every working day. Over a cup of tea, he told me that I should stop smoking for a week and then I was at liberty to start it again. On a holiday, I didn’t leave my home and remained confined to the bed. I had no cigarettes at home. So, it was the smokeless day for me for the first time. My wife told me not to go to office the next day and do the same i.e. to remain confined to the bed for one day more. My craving for smoking was less than the previous day. As per my colleague, I was at liberty to resume smoking after a week. His trick worked and I didn’t smoke a single cigarette for the whole ten years. An unforeseen tragedy in my life brought me back to smoking; however, I am not a hardcore smoker any more. I only smoke irregularly i.e. I smoke whenever I am outside U.S.A on a business tour for 2-4 weeks in a year. The flights take longer time in transit and by the time I am back, my craving for nicotine smoke is gone. This is the easy way to stop smoking forever or intermittently. Now, I smoke for fun as I had started it at first in the company of my friends. The difference is that it is only fun. It is neither a compulsion nor a challenge. The easy way to quit smoking has fully worked.One of my close friends developed asthma and his doctor told him to quit smoking as early as possible. My method didn’t work on him, as he was a chain smoker. He told me that he was trying herbal supplements and he was sure the supplements would work. His health was running down fast but he continued with his habit. Apart from this, he developed sores in the mouth as the side effects of the supplement he was taking. One day, I was surfing the net to find out some anti-smoking pills. I found out quite a few and singled out only one product named ‘smoke deter’, which was purely a homeopathic liquid subliminal spray. I ordered it for him and used it as a spray under his tongue twice or thrice a day and there were no side effects. But, equally, it had no effect and he didn’t stop smoking. A month further passed when he felt an aversion to smoking and the number of cigarettes he smoked per day reduced. Now, he has been a non-smoker for the last one year.If you are like my friend who didn’t have the courage to quit the habit out of his sheer will power, you can try supplements. But be sure you choose a supplement, which is herbal and has no side effects. This easy way to quit smoking over a period of time doesn’t require smokers to stop smoking at once, which is really very hard. Don’t be guided by the views that a smoker can only quit smoking right now or never.
