This blog has been set-up to share my interests in health. I won’t say the proverivial word everybody loves to say - “I am a health freak” - but I would rather call myself as someone who is health conscious. And I am no doctor - just a normal guy who keeps an interest in health.
If my health interests and information help even a single person after reading this blog- my endeavor would be successful.
